On Saturday Florida State postponed their game with visiting Clemson just hours before kickoff because Clemson traveled in with a player that tested positive for COVID-19. The player was showing symptoms of COVID-19 during the week but hadn’t tested positive. However, once they arrived in Tallahassee on Friday night he did test positive.
Rightfully so, Florida State put the brakes on playing them on Saturday. However, on Sunday Dabo Swinney, the poster child for hypocrisy, jumped out of the birthday cake butt naked foamin’ at the mouth blasting Florida State for postponing the game.
Ole boy implied that FSU administrators wanted out of the game anyway and used the positive COVID-19 result as their way out. He went on to say, “This game was not canceled because of COVID. COVID was just an excuse to cancel the game. I have no doubt their players wanted to play and would have played. And same with the coaches. To me, the Florida State administration forfeited the game.”
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! This is classic Dabo saying something that makes absolutely no sense. Remember folks, he’s the same dun that responded to Colin Kaepernick kneeling in 2016 by saying that if people don’t like America they should leave. When 80 percent of his team is black and feel the same way about police brutality, racial and social injustice.
He’s hollering that Clemson followed ACC protocol and that FSU just didn’t want to play. How about using some common sense Dabo and leaving the kid at home because he was showing symptoms of COVID-19? That way if he tested positive FSU wouldn’t have had reason to postpone the game.
Or how about using some real logic and putting the kid into quarantine until you knew for sure that he wasn’t positive? The fact that he traveled with the team means that everyone on their stupid plane has been exposed to the virus. There could potentially be any number of kids with the virus now but you want to run them all out onto the field and get everybody sick.
Why on earth would FSU put their kids at risk because y’all mishandled the situation? Who’s fault is that Dabo? Next time use some common sense and stop being so selfish thinking only about what you want.
You sat in those kid’s living rooms and told their families that you would take care of them and now look at you. Putting everyone at risk because you can’t think about others and their safety. Ridiculous!! And y’all keep sending your kids down there to play for him. Unbelievable!!! In his next breath he’ll tell you that he loves his kids. He only loves winning and will use your kid to do it. Stop me when I start lyin’!
