Y’all know the drill…everybody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, has been actin’ a darn fool about Colin Kaepernick kneelin’ in protest of police killin’ unarmed black men and women and them not bein’ arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of a single crime.
All you ever hear are duns hollerin’ and screamin’ about how ole boy disrespected the flag and the military. Completely showin’ their ignorance of not understandin’ that the flag represents freedom and the military are the protectors of those freedoms. The First Amendment of the Constitution gives him the right to peaceably protest. However, it says nothin’ about givin’ duns the right to become domestic terrorists nor the right to kill folks because they think that they’re better than them.
On Friday White Supremacists held a rally to protest the city of Charlottesville’s plans to remove a statue of Robert E. Lee, a confederate general, from a park. On Saturday, a 20-year-old cat from Ohio that belonged to the group drove his ride through a crowd of folks counter-protestin’ this foolishness killin’ a woman and woundin’ at least 19 others. Then two Virginia state troopers were killed when their helicopter crashed into a wooded area outside the city tryin’ to respond to this ignorance. So three people died as a result of this foolishness.
What I wanna know is where are duns like Dabo Swinney and Bobby Knight today tellin’ the White Supremacists that if they don’t like America why don’t they leave and go to another country? Where are all of the fans that have been standin’ on the roof tops for the past year blastin’ Kaepernick for peacefully protestin’ somethin’ that is real? Why has all of a sudden everybody with same voice to tell Kaepernick that he’s disrespectin’ America have nothin’ to say to real bigots and racists? I’m listenin’…
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Why is it that when people in this country stand up to racism they’re labeled as the racist or the trouble maker? Why is it that the duns that perpetuate the foolishness of racism always get a pass? There’s completely somethin’ wrong with that picture bruh.
In case some of you have forgotten or were never informed of the facts but the Confederacy lost the war bruh! Therefore, why are there statues of Confederate generals standin’ anywhere in America in the first place. Where else in the world would you see the flags or the generals of the folks that lost the war still standin’?
Here’s the piece that completely blows my mind bruh. It wasn’t like the White Supremacists did’t plan the rally. So why wasn’t there police and the national guard in place before these fools stormed the city? To be silent is to be complicit. But cats didn’t realize that it was goin’ to get that crazy. I don’t know why because the White Supremacists did. They showed up ready to fight bruh. Boyz had on riot gear.

Piere Thomas on ABC News said it best on Sunday mornin’ when he said that “racism has been in remission in this country but it’s never gone anywhere.” So many folks hated the fact that there was a black president for eight years that they were willin’ to elect a cat that was so far to the opposite extreme that it has allowed that cancer to wake up and spread like wild fire.
Duns are actin’ like we’re back in the Jim Crow south out here and don’t care. When I wrote the Hot Joint entitled “Freedom” last week explainin’ to boyz that racism was at the root of the reason why Kaepernick was unemployed cats dismissed it as foolishness. However, the fact that no one wants to understand why the dun was protestin’ in the first place proves my point. If you’re upset with him for protestin’ human rights in America for black folks to the point where you’re standin’ on the roof tops denouncin’ him. But you’ve said nothin’ against White Supremacists rallyin’, fightin’ and killin’ folks you’re provin’ my point.
It’s a sad day in America when a man can’t protest peacefully the injustice of police brutality without bein’ blackballed but White Supremacists can rally, injure and kill folks without bein’ condemned by the President of the United States. It’s a darn shame and that’s the edited version. Stop me when I start lyin’!
