By now everybody and their Baby’s Momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, has seen the foolishness of Duke’s Grayson Allen kickin’ the player from Elon in Wednesday night’s win over Elon 72-61. Coach K didn’t start the dun in the second half but decided to allow him to return to play and finish the game. However, on Thursday mornin’ Duke announces that ole boy has been suspended indefinitely.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! If Grayson Allen were black he’d be the biggest thug in college basketball today. Book it! Instead, he’s a nice kid that through a temper tantrum which is completely understandable.
If he were black every news outlet in America would be callin’ for him to be kicked off of the team or even kicked out of school. Why? Because this isn’t his first rodeo!! Actually this is his third incident in three years and the dun is just now bein’ suspended for his actions.
Don’t get it twisted either, Coach K would be under serious fire too. But because he’s white everybody’s usin’ the “good kid that through a temper tantrum” description around and not the thug he actually is. Funny how that works bruh.
And what exactly is the “Duke Standard?” Is it “You can kick a boy three times, continue to play until public sentiment gets too much to deal with then you have to be suspended indefinitely?” Or does it only apply if your white? Because you know as well as I do if Grayson Allen where Gregory Hines from The south side of Chicago he’d be the problem that Duke and all college basketball fans would want gone yesterday.
Now you can act like it ain’t what it is but we all know that it definitely is what it is. Stop me when I start lyin’!
