Why the bowls outside of the Final Four are just as important! “Homework”

"This means everything to us bruh! We ain't winnin' no national title here!"

I’d normally start the joint off with some hot quotes from some extremely intelligent people but these fake media-types have gotten me so fired up that I don’t have time to think. For the past month these cats have been on radio and television tellin’ boyz how unimportant the bowl games are. Like unless you’re playin’ in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or the Playstation Fiesta Bowl, which are the College Football Playoff Semifinal games, you’re wastin’ your time.

Listen here playa, let me put it where the goats can get it. There are 38 bowl games outside of the two that are the semifinal games. That means that there 76 other teams playin’ in bowl games. Out of those 76 there are only about three teams that are heart broken that they aren’t playin’ for a national championship this year. Well…maybe one, Penn State!

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! There are only about 13 teams out of the 128 FBS schools that will EVER win a national title bruh! So to say that the other bowl games are meaningless is ignorant. Oh you want me to name the 13. Well here you go playa; USC, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Ohio St, Michigan, Alabama, Florida, LSU, Florida St, Auburn, Miami and maybe just maybe Notre Dame, if they wake up and lower their academic standards. There may be 1 or 2 more cats that I missed but schools like Wisconsin, Clemson, Louisville, Washington etc. are good but don’t have the depth to compete year in and year out for a national title.

In the world of college football you’ve got to deal with the subjective foolishness of people votin’ you in or out. Let’s face it, it’s a beauty contest. So the Louisville’s and Washington’s of the world aren’t goin’ to be good consistently enough to always get the benefit of the doubt.

How do you think Ohio State got into the Final Four this year without winnin’ the head to head against the Big Ten Conference champ? It’s because of the name Ohio State bruh! If Penn State were Penn State 30 years ago with Joe Paterno leadin’ the team out of the tunnel the Nittany Lions would be playin’ Clemson on Saturday instead of the Buckeyes.

How are you gonna tell a dun like Indiana that the Foster Farms Bowl isn’t important? This is their Super Bowl!!! They rarely win enough games to even become bowl eligible and you’re tellin’ me that this bowl isn’t important? You sound like a complete fool. You wanna run down to Birmingham and tell South Carolina that went 6-6 this year and South Florida that went 10-2 that the Birmingham Bowl is no big deal to those kids.

How bout showin’ up in Honolulu a couple of days ago and tellin’ the kids from Middle Tennessee that the Hawaii Bowl was a waste of time. Try tellin’ them that that wasn’t a big deal. Ninety-nine percent of those kids have never been out of the south before this week. You sound like a fool.

These fake media-types kill me tryin’ to tell folks what is or isn’t important. Tell Temple and Wake Forest that the Military Bowl was stupid and it was a meaningless. Try that. EVERYBODY isn’t fortunate enough to play at Alabama, Ohio State, USC, Michigan or Oklahoma bruh. Most of the kids playin’ FBS college football are playin’ at programs that are just happy to be playin’ somewhere in December and are highly blessed if they get to play in a New Year’s Day bowl.

So before you start lyin’ to folks about what’s important and what’s not. How about you do your homework on this game we call college football and stop me when I start lyin’!
