Edgar Allen Poe once said, “Beauty of whatever kind, in its supreme development, invariably excites the sensitive soul to tears.” Sia Furier gave it to us like this, “I’m sensitive and get easily upset and insulted.” Then Jim Morrison knocked a boyz milk shake out of his hands when he spit, “I see myself as an intelligent, sensitive human, with the soul of a clown which forces me to blow it at the most important moments.”
Well playas…ole dull Odell Beckham Jr. has already proven to boyz that his sensitive soul can be brought to tears, he’s easily upset and insulted and he’ll blow it at the most important moments like…game time. On the biggest stage of the NFL week, Monday Night Football, this dun fell apart again by bein’ an overly emotional wreck in a 24-10 loss to Minnesota. Vikings corner Xavier Rhodes went to work on that dun holdin’ him to 3 catches for 24 yards has he acted like a baby, AGAIN, the entire game.
Here’s what the dun had to say for himself afterwards bruh. “I just have to understand if I sneeze the wrong way, it will be a flag,” he said. “It will be a fine. If I tie my shoes the wrong way, it might be a fine or a flag. It is what it is. You have to understand that. As tough as it is to understand that for a 23-year-old who has been blessed with a lot that God has given to me — an amazing amount of ability and amazing amount of everything — it seems like it’s all working against you. But what are you going to do? You gonna back down, or you gonna stand up? I’ve never been one to back down. I’m going to stand up. We’re going to work to get better.”
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! This cat is complainin’ about bein’ targeted by both the refs and the opposin’ players like he just came down from Mars or something. Where did this cat grow up? Let’s go back to last year and the foolishness that occurred with he and Josh Norman. Once Norman was able to get inside of his head and make that fool snap. It was Chris Brown “On and Poppin’” up in this piece.
Everybody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, saw him throwin’ a fit on the sideline last week when Josh Norman gave him the business again. He was cryin’ and havin’ a temper tantrum when he got into a fight with the field goal net and loss. So you already know boyz are linin’ up to get a piece of that dun for the rest of the season.
Xavier Rhodes was just on deck bruh!! For the next 12 weeks boyz are goin’ to be pushin’ and shovin’ him out of bounds, late hittin’ him, talkin’ sideways to him and kickin’ dirt in his face. And yes, talkin’ about his momma! Why? Because he told the world that he was soft and can’t take it. Now the vultures are swirlin’ and it’s only goin’ to get worse.
Let me put it where the goats can get it. I don’t know how they get down in the suburbs or rural America because I didn’t grow up there. I grew up in The G! That’s Gary, Indiana for y’all that’s checkin’! That’s Any HOOD, USA for all of you cats that are geographically challenged. If you allowed a boy to get into your head and you start cryin’ or throwin’ a fit either on or off of the field, walkin’ to school or playin’ ball boyz are comin’ to get your lunch, sneakers and jewelry. Once the word got out that you were soft and sensitive you don’t stand a chance of survivin’ bruh. And that’s what OBJ is goin’ through right now.
So every corner in the league will badger him and get in his head. Why? Because it’s too easy. His career is essentially over bruh! Nobody even knew who Xavier Rhodes was until Monday night. He’s made ole boy a superstar this mornin’ and all he did was push that fool out of bounds a few times and got in his ear. In Rhodes’ mind that was easy work. All I’ve gotta do is talk to this clown and push him a couple of times and he’ll implode? Done!!
It’s gonna be a long season for ole Odell and at some point the Giants are goin’ to bench him for actin’ a fool because he’s becomin’ a serious distraction to the team. Don’t be surprised if they try to trade him just to cut their loses. Stop me when I start lyin’!
