Big Momma used to always say, “There is a way to do things baby.” In other words, whatever you do, do it with class and dignity. Just because you’re thinkin’ it doesn’t mean that you have to say it OUT LOUD!
Well playas…LaVar Ball refused to listen to her because I know that she said it. This dun continues to just fly off of the handle talkin’ reckless simply because boyz keep puttin’ a microphone in his face. Actually some of what he’s says is the truth. However, just because it’s true doesn’t mean that it needs to be said, OUT LOUD!
Ole boy was on SiriusXM’s “Full Ride” on Wednesday and said this to clarify what he meant about what he said about LeBron’s kids.
“I gave an opinion on what I felt about no superstars’ kids really being superstars and the fact that they have to live up to their parents or to their fathers or whatever. I have yet to see one, and I’ve been around for 50 years. Have you seen one where the superstar’s son is just as good or better than him? I said a superstar. I ain’t saying just a regular player. I’m talking about a guy who we picture as an icon — a Dr. J, an Allen Iverson, a LeBron James. If somebody asks me a question, I’m gonna give them an answer.”
LeBron’s immediate response on Tuesday was, “He can talk all about his brand, talk about his sons, talk about basketball, talk about me. But keep my family out of this.”
Ball fires back with, “I don’t care what LeBron said. He talking about he warned me. He warned me for what? What is a warning going to do? Nothing.”
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! What he said was absolutely true! However, he’s 50 years old bruh! He’s actin’ like he 17 year old! C’mon man! Grow up! You’re purposely badgerin’ other grown men and for what?
We all know that it’s virtually impossible for a once in a generation type player’s kid to be as good as their dad. Why? Because we’ve never seen it happen. However, it’s extremely immature and ignorant to call someone’s kids out like that. Especially when there is no guarantee that his kid/s are goin’ to be superstars at the next level.
He’s completely settin’ himself and his kids up for failure by runnin’ his mouth nonstop. It’s foolishness!!! If he wants to promote his brand then by all means do that but stop bein’ the antagonist for the sake of bein’ one. Stop me when I start lyin’!
