Why Glenn Robinson III should be startin’ even after Monta get’s healthy! “The G”

"Keep tellin' these boyz Jay!"

Justin Chon, the famous actor, once said, “In life, try your best to do the right thing. Have fun while you’re alive. Take advantage of every asset you have. Don’t take anything for granted.” Brian Tracy, the motivational speaker, gave it to us like this, “Your greatest asset is your earning ability. Your greatest resource is your time.” Then Dada Vaswani, the spiritual leader, shut the buildin’ down when he spit, “Enthusiasm is the greatest asset you can possess, for it can take you further than money, power or influence.”

Well playas…enthusiasm is Glenn Robinson III’s greatest asset because the dun gives the Pacers startin’ lineup the energy it needs to play well. On Saturday night they rolled into Detroit and put that thang on the Pistons 105-90, bought some blue and gold gators from a dun on the corner and kept it movin’. Lil’ G Rob made his fourth consecutive start at the 2 in the absence of Monta Ellis because of a strained groin. Well my dude, once Monta’s groin heals up and he’s ret-ta-go, I say leave that dun on the bench and keep the lil’ homie from “The G” on the floor.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! At some point y’all gone start listenin’ to me!! I told you boyz before the start of the 2015-2016 in a crazy Hot Joint entitled “G-Blood” that Glenn Robinson III was good for both basketball and business but you thought I was crazy! Now that the dun is playin’ significant minutes and puttin’ in mad work. Everybody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, is hollerin’ for him to remain in the startin’ line up now. I wonder why?

Every fake media-type I talk to is now comin’ to the conclusion that ole boy is a better fit than Monta at the 2 because he doesn’t NEED the ball in his hands to be productive unlike Monta. Glenn’s energy on the floor is contagious, he plays defense, hustles all night and can score when needed. Oh don’t get it twisted playboy, he can shoot the rock in a pinch.

On Saturday in Detroit he finished with a solid 12 points and 12 rebounds, took big momma’s groceries in the crib, walked the dog and fired a warnin’ shot in the backyard. Why? Just to let the lil’ gangstas in the neighborhood know that this house was off limits.

I’m not knockin’ Monta bruh. I’m just sayin’ that in order for him to be productive on the floor he’s got to have the rock in his hands. Well playa, if the rock isn’t in his hands he becomes a liability on the floor and that ain’t good especially when the Pacers statistically is one of the worse teams in the league defensively allowin’ 106.5 points per game.

They don’t need another scorer bruh! They need a dun that gives them length, energy and plays defense. It’s now a bonus that the dun can score when the ball lands in his hands. You gotta take that all day!!

Now why is he good for business? Because he’s from “The G!!!” I’ll go to my grave tellin’ boyz that the best preparation for success is to be from the ghetto! If you can survive there you can survive ANYWHERE. Now ole boy didn’t grow up there he was just born there. So he’s got the G Blood like I told you the Hot Joint I referenced earlier. However,  his momma and daddy grew up there and that’s good enough. Why? Because if he’s got the G Blood no suburb can ever water that down. He’s got ghetto instincts because he was nurtured by people that understand the hustle.

That’s why he got the energy boyz keep talkin’ about! That blood keeps a boy fightin’ to become the best he can possibly be all of the time. Not only is he productive on the floor but he’s a draw for dun’s from Gary and Northwest Indiana! Just in case you cats don’t understand, northwest Indiana is a Chicago suburb. Nobody watches the Pacers up there bruh. I didn’t know a thing about the Pacers until a I moved Indianapolis in 1998. Everybody up there are Bulls fans and all Chicago sports fans. Why? Because we grew up 10 minutes from the city and local TV is Chicago based.

Glenn is now drawin’ eyeballs from that portion of the state let alone all of the duns from The G that wouldn’t dare follow the Pacers even though they live here now. That’s called bein’ good for business!!

Keep ballin’ lil’ homie and stay hungry. You’re well on your way and stop me when I start lyin’!
