Well playas…some fake media-type wrote an article on ESPN.com this mornin’ tryin’ to tell Brock Osweiler that he shouldn’t have left Denver and John Elway because he and his Houston Texans got the brakes beat off of them 27-9 on Monday Night Football. His mindset was that he could be playin’ on a championship team instead of playin’ for the dull Texans. The Broncos offered Osweiler $16 million per year and the Texans paid him $18 million in a $72 million deal. The dun says that the $2 million more per year wasn’t worth not playin’ for the Broncos. I’m not even goin’ to mention that dun’s name because I would be givin’ him too much credit.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! News flash playboy! EVERYBODY playin’ pro sports isn’t in it to win a championship!! I know that that’s hard for some of your boyz to comprehend but it’s the freakin’ truth. Some cats are tryin’ to make as much bread as they can because they realize that this isn’t goin’ to be a long term gig. So make as much money as possible and retire early without havin’ to work another day in your life. Sounds good to me.
And by the way pimpin’, Brock Osweiler already has a Super Bowl ring! Wasn’t he on the Denver Broncos last year when they won it? Okay, well that accomplishment has been checked off of if that was even on his list in the first place.
The Texans offered that dun $72 million to move to Houston in the sun and heat to do the same job he was doin’ in Denver in the cold weather. Now I’m not sayin’ what he should or shouldn’t have done. I’m just sayin’ that everybody doesn’t make decisions based on whether they can win a championship or not. Osweiler overachieved in life when the dun got drafted to play in the NFL in the first place. Had you ever even heard of Brock Osweiler before he took over after Peyton Manning started to fall apart last year durin’ the regular season? Not at all!!!
Okay, so nobody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, expected that dun to win a Super Bowl ring durin’ his career anyway. So there’s no pressure on him to win championships. He’s not LeBron where his entire legacy from day one was about winnin’ multiple champions because from the time he walked into the NBA boyz were comparin’ him to Jordan and the expectations were already there. So in order to be considered as good or better he’s gotta win championships and EVERY decision that he makes is about winnin’ a title.
Nobody in the history of sports, includin’ Jordan, has ever had the pressure that LeBron has had to win titles. When Mike got drafted to the Bulls nobody said, “If he doesn’t win 11 championships and at least 8 in a row (and yes Bill went 8-0 in the Finals fro 1959-’66 and boyz wanna act like that didn’t happen when they scream that Jordan went 6-0 in the Finals) he’ll never be as good as Bill Russell.” When Bill Russell came into the league there was nobody to compare him to because nobody else was as great.
I don’t know what fool media-type was the first to start tellin’ boyz that if they didn’t win a championship that they are a failure or that you have to make employment decisions based on the the company bein’ the best in the industry. That makes no sense.
Let me put it where the goats can get bruh. Let’s say that you were an engineer and Apple offered you $80K right out of college to come to work for them on the new IPhone. However, a smaller company offered you $110K with the same level of stability to come work for them on a brand new product. Do I have the right to call you stupid for takin’ the extra 30 racks for you and your family because Apple has the better product? That’s how ignorant these fans and fake media-types sound.
I heard all of the idiots in the stands booin’ Osweiler for makin’ a decision, that in his mind, was best for he and his family. That man doesn’t owe anybody an explanation or an apology for movin’ to Houston to go to work. You don’t know what his relationship was with John Elway or Gary Kubiak. Anybody that’s ever had a job for more than 3 days knows that a manager can make or break your job experience. So to tell a boy what he shouldn’t have done about where he decides to work is ignorant and naive. Stop me when I start lyin’!
