These Fake media-types get caught in their feelings and snub LeBron! “Foolishness”

"What!!?" Photo: USA TODAY Sports/Ken Blaze

See this is the foolishness that I’m talkin’ about bruh! The finalists were announced on Friday for the NBA MVP and the best player on the planet, by far, was left off of the ballot. This is another example of fake media-types bein’ in their feelings and not bein’ the objective writers that they are paid to be. You can’t be in your feelings or be a fan and be in a position to vote for league MVP, Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year or even the Hall of Fame.

What fans of ANY sport are lookin’ for are duns that know more than they know to tell them what’s really goin’ on! As a journalist you have a responsibility to know more than the average Joe. Otherwise, there is no need for you.  The problem that we keep runnin’ into is there are too many sports fans that are journalists. The two have to be separated. You can’t be so much of a fan that your feelings get in the way. Then you become the dun leadin’ the masses around by the nose and you have no idea where you’re goin’. Why? Because the majority of people listenin’ to you and readin’ your columns think that you’re an expert and you don’t know any more than they do!

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Everybody and their baby’s momma knows that both Young Russ and The Beard should have been in the ride for MVP Finalists regardless of who else you want to wrestle over! The two of them had the best statistical year of all of the rest. We also know that they call it the MVP when it really should be called the “Most Outstanding Player” Award because it’s not given to the MOST VALUABLE PLAYER every year. If that were the case Jordan and LeBron would have won 10 of them at least apiece.

Young Russ is clearly the MVP because the dun has had the best statistical season of any player in 55 years averagin’ a triple double and he averaged more points than the Big O did in his 1961-62 triple double season. So it only makes sense to have those two duns in the car. But when you leave off the best player on the planet now you’re into your feelings. Kawhi Leonard is clearly the second best player in the league but he didn’t have the year that the other three had statistically.

Russ averaged 31.6 points, 10.7 rebounds and 10.4 assists. The Beard put up 29.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 11.2 assists. LeBron not only has the Cavs purrin’ like a kitten but he has Iman Shumert and JR Smith playin’ like real basketball players. Most of you cats don’t remember that the Knicks traded them to the Cavs in January of 2015 for a second round pick in 2019. They were worthless and about to be cast aways. He’s not only got them winnin’ but they are solid contributors to a championship team. Then he put up 26.4 points, 8.6 rebounds (career high) and 8.7 assists (career high) on the table.

Kawhi finished the season averagin’ 25.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists and yes he plays hella defense but so does LeBron. It’s not even a question that these fake media-types don’t like LeBron, as to the reason why he was snubbed. You can’t leave the best player in the world off of the Finalist list when he had a great season and he’s got his team undefeated in the playoffs about to walk into the Finals. And he’s got better numbers than the dun you put in the car ahead of him. This isn’t my emotions talkin’ bruh, This is me callin’ out duns for not doin’ their jobs. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
