Sylvester Stallone once said, “I have great expectations for the future, because the past was highly overrated.” Hildegard Knef broke it down like this, “Success and failure are greatly overrated. But failure gives you a whole lot more to talk about.” Then the big homie, Malcolm Gladwell put it where the goats could get it when he spit, “Consistency is the most overrated of all human virtues… I’m someone who changes his mind all the time.”
Well playas…the SEC has ALWAYS been consistently OVERRATED as a conference but boyz carry the myth around on the backs Alabama and nobody blinks. I’ve said for years that the SEC was bein’ carried around by four schools and boyz would lose their minds every time I wrote about it or did a podcast on it. Why? Because one of the four schools, Alabama, Florida, LSU or Auburn were winnin’ the national championship. The other 10 schools have always been trash but nobody questioned it because the top was so heavy.
Alabama is the ONLY school in the conference that is literally consistent and keeps winnin’! If it weren’t for Bama this year the SEC would be just a step above the darn MAC or the American Athletic Conference.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Bama has won 4 out of the last 6 national championships bruh! They are the Kings of college football no doubt about it. The rest of the duns in the SEC are trash and they’ve been exposed durin’ this bowl season. At this point the SEC is 1-4 in bowl games!! That wasn’t a typo playa 1-4!!
See the duns over at ESPN aren’t goin’ to point that out to you because they’re in bed with the dull SEC. So I’ll have to be the one to break the news to you. Not only are they gettin’ beat they’re losin’ to dull teams. Mississippi State has been the lone winner so far bruh and they only beat Miami of Ohio by one point!!! That’s a MAC school bruh!!! The MAC!!!
Vandy got the breaks beaten off of them by NC State (ACC) 41-17. Texas A&M got ran over by dull Kansas State (Big 12) 33-28. Arkansas got beat by double digits by Virginia Tech (ACC) 35-24. South Carolina came up missin’ against South Florida (American Athletic) 46-39.
On Saturday they’ve got No.20 LSU tryin’ to save face against No.13 Louisville and without Leonard Fournette they’ll get the brakes beaten off of them too. Also ole annually dull Kentucky takes on Georgia Tech. Who cares what happens in that game bruh. Then No.21 Tennessee still has to square up against Nebraska. Tennessee is goin’ to wet the bed as usual like they always do in big games.
On January 2 both Auburn and Florida have to step their games to keep the conference from lookin’ like a complete pushover. No.17 Florida has to get it in against Iowa (Big Ten) which has already proven to be the best conference in football this year in the Outback Bowl. Then No.14 Auburn meets No.7 Oklahoma down in New Orleans at the Sugar Bowl.
Oh, you’re questionin’ whether the Big Ten is the best conference playboy? They’ve got 4 of the Top 8 teams in America!! So I’m not so sure that Florida will get past dull Iowa and Oklahoma is goin’ to beat the brakes off of Auburn. Book it.
No.1 Alabama is their only hope to keep from lettin’ boyz completely bully the SEC the entire off-season. Can you imagine what boyz would do to the SEC if Bama loses to Washington after all of the other duns have already been beaten up and stuffed into lockers in the girl’s locker room?
Now I don’t think Washington has the gonads to beat Bama but what it does tell me is that Bama cake walked to another national title like they’ve been doin’ for years. Why? Because the SEC is overrated and it’s always been. Alabama plays in the SEC West with duns like Ole Miss and Miss State, who have been trash for decades. Those two program haven’t been any good since the 1960’s until just recently when duns like Chad Kelly and Dak Prescott showed up. Now that they’re gone they’re trash again. Arkansas has consistently been trash and Auburn is bi-polar. You don’t know what they’re goin’ to be from year to year. LSU is the only team outside of Bama that’s consistently good and they can’t find an offense to save their lives.
And don’t even get me started the SEC East with dull Georgia, ole bed wettin’ Tennessee, Vandy, Kentucky, horrible South Carolina, terrible in the Big 12 Mizzou and Texas A&M and then only team worth two dead flies smashed, Florida!
