The “Powers That Be” hustled the M.I.C. out of their fair share of regional spots! “What!?”

It's a shame that these two teams had to play so early in the playoffs! Photo: TheJayGravesReport

Well playas…we started the season with eight teams in the M.I.C. with five of them ranked in the Top 10 all season long. Then all of a sudden boyz had to play the sectionals and in a matter of two weeks we’re down to only three teams left, Ben Davis, Center Grove and Carmel.

Why was there so much carnage in two weeks? Because boyz had to line up and play each other. In the first week of the playoffs No.2 Warren Central peeled off Lawrence North. No.6 Pike got rid of North Central and No.1 Ben Davis beat No.4 Lawrence Central.

Oh we still here bruh! Photo: TheJayGravesReport

Center Grove bein’ down south and Carmel livin’ up north were both sparred havin’ to play a conference opponent. In other words better competition. In week 2 of the playoff or the sectional finals, No.1 Ben Davis knocked off No.2 Warren Central while Center Grove, Carmel and Pike played non-conference opponents. Pike was the only one to bite the bullet. So now we’re left with only three teams from the best conference in the state in the regionals.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! No way should the best teams in the state have to play one another all season and then turn about and play each other in the darn sectionals too. Especially Ben Davis gettin’ pushed over to the east side when they are on the far west side.

We’re in this piece too!

I completely understand why Warren Central, Lawrence North and Central were playin’ in the same sectional but Ben Davis had no business over there bruh. They should’ve been in the sectional with Avon, Brownsburg and duns like that.

BD should be playin’ Center Grove in this week’s regional instead of Avon. Let’s keep it real. Warren Central should still be alive today but the powers that be didn’t want to see all of those city schools rollin’ right now. Let’s call it what it is. No way can you justify havin’ Ben Davis playin’ on the east side when they are as far west as you can go in the city.

And will somebody please explain to me how the No.1 and No.2 ranked teams in any tournament get seeded to play each other early. Wheredeydodatat?

Carmel’s s Dylon Downing. Don’t forget about us playboy.

It’s a shame that Ben Davis, Warren Central, Center Grove and Carmel aren’t all still alive this weekend. But we all know that someone from the M.I.C. is goin’ to win this thing runnin’ away right? As long as you understand that we can keep it movin’. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Wheredeydodatat: Hood for “Who does that?”

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”

The caption under the photo is real talk today!
