The Jay Graves Report

Thanks Seattle for makin’ ole dull Jerry Jones and the Cowboys disappear! “Socially Aware”

Jerry Jones gets the Gas Face for bein' dull all season.

On Sunday the Seattle Seahawks did everybody and their baby’s momma a huge favor. They eliminated the dull Dallas Cowboys from playoff contention. Nothin’ against the Cowboys but everything against the obnoxious Jerry Jones. It warms my heart to see that dun sittin’ durin’ the playoffs and most importantly this year.

Especially after he punk’d his team durin’ the anthem protests by threatenin’ to bench all players that even thought about havin’ a social conscious. So now instead of worryin’ about them takin’ a knee they can all just sit down after next week. Now keep in mind that I’ve got no dog in the fight. I could care less who wins these games. I’m writin’ regardless of who wins.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! He’s the worst owner from a football standpoint in the league. He’s a great businessman because he’s got diehard football fans in Dallas that will buy anything with Cowboys on it. He’s got duns down there payin’ good money for standin’ room only seats. Hold on a second, that’s an oxymoron. Standin’ seat? Well…they’re payin’ for it bruh. He’s got cats payin’ just to tailgate. However, the foolishness he does to run the team in terms of football is terrible.

I know that I’m not just speakin’ for myself on this. I love what Dak and Zeke have been able to do over the past couple of seasons. I just wish they were on another team. Too much talent to be wasted in Dallas with an owner that’s got his darn hands in every pot in the buildin’. I wouldn’t be surprised if he were the darn equipment manager too.

The dun’s the owner, the GM and the president. Wheredeydodatat? Then he has the nerve to tell boyz that they can’t have a social conscious on issues that affect them. What kills me are the number of people out here that think just because these black players are, all of sudden, rich that they are no longer subjected to police brutality and racial and social injustice.

The fact that they are rich and black puts an even bigger target on their backs. Can you imagine livin’ in a million dollar mansion in the suburbs drivin’ a luxury vehicle tryin’ to get out of the neighborhood every day? I’m just a regular cat drivin’ luxury cars and have gotten pulled over more often than I care to remember and once had the gun drawn on me for bein’ black in the wrong type of car. It’s real out here bruh.

Those players still have momma’s, daddies and other relatives that aren’t famous or rich. They’re still dealin’ with this foolishness out here every day. Boyz blow my mind sayin’ that the players are ruinin’ their Sundays because they decided to kneel. What!!!?

How bad is someone’s Sunday ruined when their loved one is killed durin’ a traffic stop for a busted tail light? How bad is a person’s Sunday ruined when their son or daughter is arrested for expressin’ their opinion to the officer only to die in police custody? How bad is cat’s Sunday ruined when their teenager walks to the store to get a pop and some candy, like normal kids do, and he’s killed because he was wearin’ a hoodie outside?

But Jerry Jones wants to dictate policy on whether his players can actually care about any of that. Yep, I’m glad that the Cowboys have been eliminated from playoff contention. The quicker that dun can disappear this season the better. In my Johnny Mathis voice, “Yes it’s over call it a day, sorry that it had to end this way. No reason to pretend, we knew it had to end some day, this way.” Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Wheredeydodatat?: Hood for “Who does that?”

3) Ole boy: noun – the person that I’m currently talkin’ about.

4) Dull: adjective – to describe something as bein’ terrible, something that makes you sick with disgust because it’s so stupid to even think of.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
