Steve Alford tells a boy he’s stayin’ put at UCLA! “Kizzy”

I'm chillin' right here bruh!"

Look here bruh, everybody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, has been tryin’ to kidnap Steve Alford and make him become the next head coach at Indiana just because he played ball there. I told boyz in a Hot Joint entitled “Trippin'” earlier this week that ole boy would be OUT OF HIS MIND to leave UCLA to go to Indiana! Go check the joint out because I’m not goin’ to repeat myself.

Well playas…he must have read my joint. Because he told some dull reporter from ESPN that had the audacity to even ask the dun the question right after they loss to Kentucky if he was goin’ to Indiana? Here was his response,

“I’m absolutely, 100 percent not going to Indiana. I am happy here. I love it here. We have a great recruiting class coming in and a brand-new practice facility. Obviously, I love my alma mater. But I’m committed to UCLA. I am not going to talk to Indiana. I am staying a Bruin.

In other words, he’s goin’ to Kizzy! That’s Kunta Kente’s daughter from the Best Seller “Roots” which means to stay put.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! IU is a dull job whether the good ole boyz in Bloomington want to believe that or not bruh. It’s a program that’s still in the stone ages and until the powers that be change the way they do business they’ll keep missin’ on recruits. It doesn’t matter who comes in there as the head man. The powers that be are still in control tellin’ him what he can and cannot do in terms of who he can recruit and who he can’t.

They’ll still tell him that he can’t put the player’s names on their jerseys and that they can’t customize their shoes or wear funky gear. The student section will remain in the balcony and they’ll keep goin’ to the suburbs to recruit. And guess what playa? They’ll keep gettin’ the dog snot beaten out of them and they’ll keep missin’ the NCAA Tournament.

I’ve spoken with several NBA players over the past few days and they’ve shared with me that they wouldn’t have gone to a school that wouldn’t allow them to put their names on the backs of their jerseys or wear the type of gear they wanted to wear. For the elite player it’s not about the team it’s about them gettin’ to the league. If the team can help them get there then cool. But it’s really about the individual player.

Sorry IU! You’re about to be dull for the next few years. Then we’ll revisit this foolishness again when you fire the next dun!

2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.
