Who said that the NBA playoffs have been borin’? They’ve only been borin’ if your team has been on the short end of the Golden State or Cleveland stick! Otherwise, they’ve been pretty fun to watch. The Washington/Boston series has been NUTS and the Houston/San Antonio joint has been incredible!!!
San Antonio steps up to the counter on Tuesday night and orders a TALL glass of wine to knock off Houston in overtime 110-107. Not only did they get the “W” but they got it with Kawhi sittin’ playin’ limited minutes down the stretch in regulation and with him sittin’ on the bench in overtime. Ole boy stepped on James Harden’s foot and rolled his ankle. However, he’s already said that he’ll be ready to play in Game 6 in Houston on Thursday night.

He had six players in double figures led by Kawhi’s 22 points and 15 rebounds before havin’ to sit. Patty Mills dropped off a cool 20 as LaMarcus Aldridge went into beast mode to give them 18 points and 14 rebounds. Danny Green jumped out of the back seat on a boy with 16 points as 39 year old Manu Ginobli and his boy Jonathan Simmons came out of the bushes on a boy with 12 apiece.
Don’t get it twisted, The Beard balled out finishin’ the night with 33 points, 10 rebound and 10 assists!! The Spurs just had a bit more resolve than the Rockets in this one bruh! Up next Game 6 in Houston! In my Marvin Gaye voice, “Let’s get it on!” Stop me when I start lyin’!
