Russell Westbrook wins MVP but not without resistance from fake media-types! “Credibility”

The foolishness that we even called a debate over who should be named the NBA’s MVP is finally over! On Monday night Russell Westbrook was awarded the trophy like he should have been. However, I’ve still got to go after the fake media-types that didn’t vote for him. Young Russ only received 69 of the 101 votes while The Beard received 22, Kawhi  9 and LeBron 1.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Just a year ago Steph Curry ran away with the joint in a unanimous decision but Russ pulls off the impossible and finishes the season averagin’ a triple double and doesn’t get EVERY single vote? He had the best statistical season of any player since 1961-62 when the Big O jumped out of the birthday cake and put up a triple double. That’s 55 years for y’all that can’t count bruh and he’s not the UNANIMOUS MVP?

This is the foolishness that I’m talkin’ about! Why on earth would you ever listen to the opinions of a dun that will look at this game and tell you that what Young Russ was able to accomplish this year isn’t worthy of an MVP? How much credibility does that dun really have?

Yes, I know that they really should call it the Most Outstandin’ Player Award and not the MVP because that’s really who wins it every year. The MVP of the league is the most valuable player to the league and that would be LeBron because he’s carryin’ the joint. Duns like he and Jordan could have actually won it every year but these fake media-types got exhausted of them. Magic and Bird should have been Co-MVP’s every year of the 1980’s for savin’ the league. If it weren’t for them boyz would still be watchin’ the NBA on tape delay. So they call it the MVP but it’s really not.

The viewership is up to historic proportions because so many cats hate LeBron. The TV revenues are through the roof because boyz are tunin’ in to see him win or lose dependin’ upon what side of the fence they’re on. Whatever team he’s on is goin’ to the Finals. Nobody’s carried the league like that bruh.  That’s the MVP. So if he only gets 1 vote it further proves my point that they should change the name of the award. If it’s goin’ to go to the most outstandin’ player every year then Russ should have been the unanimous winner even more so than Steph was.

Congrats Russ for holdin’ it down and I’m glad that these ole fake media-types did’t rob you of the award in an historic year. To put up the only triple double of the last 55 years and not get the MVP would have been a disgrace to the league. It was already ignorant that the Big O didn’t win it in 1962 but I’ll give them a pass back then because they didn’t realize how significant and difficult it actually was to play an entire season and average double digit points, rebounds and assists. Keep bangin’ young brother and stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
