Rick Ross’ comments on why he doesn’t sign female rappers were both ignorant and discriminatory bruh!

For years black folks have had to fight against discrimination in this country to simply get an opportunity to sit at the table. We’ve struggled  just to get the opportunity to be taken seriously in the work force simply because of the color of our skin. It was so bad in this country that laws like Affirmative Action had to be passed to force white male managers and business owners to at least interview us and then be forced to hire a certain percentage of not only black folks but other minorities includin’ women. The NFL had to implement the Rooney Rule that forced teams to at least interview minority candidates. Why? Because if there weren’t such rules in place the people runnin’ those organizations would never have opened their minds to allow anyone other than white men to have a seat at the table.

Well on Wednesday, rapper and CEO of Maybach Music Group, a black man, Rick Ross pulled the same stunt that white males had been doin’ for hundreds of years. He flat out discriminated against female rappers! While on the Breakfast Club the dun literally said this out of his own mouth when asked why he hadn’t signed a female rapper.

“You know, I never did it because I always thought, like, I would end up f–king a female rapper and f–king the business up. I’m so focused on my business. I just, I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good. I’m spending so much money on her photo shoots. I gotta f–k a couple times.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! To say it privately is one thing but to actually be crazy enough to admit it in a public forum like on a national radio show is another. Just because you have no self-control doesn’t make the reason that you gave justifiable. Admittin’ that you will not hire someone because you would be havin’ sex with them is an act that is against the law. And you sound stupid!

C’mon bruh!!! And what blew my mind was that nobody checked him on it. That’s called discrimination!!! That’s like a CEO of a computer technology company admittin’ that he doesn’t have women in his office because he would be havin’ sex with them and that would mess up his business. Could you imagine the backlash that dun would get?

So why isn’t anybody upset that Ross is sayin’ the same foolishness? There are a million different reasons as to why people don’t hire folks and most of them aren’t because the candidate isn’t qualified. Trust me. However, you can’t say that you won’t hire a woman because you’d be havin’ sex with them.

And the same fools that are agreein’ with him are mad because the white cat didn’t even interview them. Just because it’s a record label doesn’t excuse his behavior.

Do you know how many times a day a well qualified black person isn’t hired because they are simply black? But the dun rejectin’ them can’t say it out loud. Why? Because he or she would be sued for discrimination.

If Ross is runnin’ a business in America then he’s held to the same standards as every other business in this country. So you can’t get on the freakin’ radio and tell people that you won’t hire women because you’re a savage. Stop me when I stop lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
