Reuben Foster acts a fool at the Combine and gets sent to the crib! “Problem”

"Dang bruh! I packed everything but my professionalism!"

Chili Davis, the hitting coach for the Red Sox, once said, “Professionalism is not sportsmanship. If you don’t succeed, you won’t be in your profession for long. In our society, it’s not about good or bad. It’s about who’s on top.” Henry Thomas, the actor and musician, gave it to us like this, “I probably complicate things unnecessarily now just to give the illusion of professionalism.” Then the O.G., Wynton Marsalis, poured out a lil’ liquor for all the dead homies when he spit, “I believe in professionalism, but playing is not like a job. You have to be grateful to have the opportunity to play.”

Well playas…Reuben Foster did all of the right things on the field at the University of Alabama. He balled out and became an All-American, won a national championship and shot up the mock NFL draft boards to a potential Top 10 pick. Then the dun showed up at the Combine and forgot to bring his most important asset! His professionalism!!

On Friday night he did what the old man or Big Momma would always tell you NOT to do before you left home. “Don’t go out there and embarrass my last name. That’s all I got!”

Accordin’ to my mans and nem and ESPN’s Adam Schefter the dun got into a heated argument with a hospital worker over how ole boy was handlin’ his shoulder durin’ an examination. Foster is recoverin’ from recent rotator-cuff surgery on his right shoulder and wasn’t goin’ to participate in drills at the Combine anyway. He was simply there for the medical exams, body measurements and team interviews.

Accordin’ to Yahoo Sports’ Charles Robinson Foster got into it with a doctor because he felt mistreated durin’ the examination. So the NFL told that dun to that he didn’t have to go home but that he had to get the heck up outta here with that foolishness. And that’s the edited version! So he’ll be on the first thing smokin’ back to Tuscaloosa on Saturday mornin’. And it’s all over the news! So dull!!!

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Reuben Foster just lost several million dollars because he couldn’t keep his darn pants up! No matter how frustratin’ the silly process is of the combine you’ve got to keep it together bruh. You can’t go into the joint and, in my Big Momma’s voice, “sho yo butt!!” We all know that the entire process is a darn dog and pony show but this is what you have to do to get where you wanna be.

They parade the players into a room full of people in their darn underwear pokin’ and proddin’ them like they’re at a slave auction which is dumb. Boyz are goin’ through extensive medical examinations, which that part makes sense from a team’s perspective because they’re about to spend millions on a boy. So they need to be able to kick the tires to see what they’re about to invest major paper into.

So the cat examinin’ Foster is paid to find out how bad or good his shoulder looks. Therefore, Reuben’s gotta put up with the foolishness just to get through. He wasn’t goin’ to do any of the on-field foolishness so get through the exams and the stupid interviews and go to the crib. Don’t act a fool and get sent home bruh!

By gettin’ sent home early from the birthday party you lose bread that you can’t afford to lose. Now you’ve gotta go home and tell Big Momma that you’ve potentially lost several million dollars because you cursed out a doctor. Does that make sense? You’ve worked your ENTIRE life to get to this moment to hustle backwards. Even if he doesn’t lose any money because he’s still got more than a month to go before the draft. The embarrassment of gettin’ sent home in front of everybody is enough for his daddy, Big Momma or Uncle Lester to kick him in his butt.

He’s still goin’ to get drafted, don’t get it twisted, but on GP boyz can and will pass on him because they don’t won’t the headache of him actin’ a fool. If he’s broke and actin’ a fool he’ll become a complete idiot with some bread in his pocket. Let me put it where the goats can get it. Money is like alcohol. It doesn’t change you. It just brings out what’s already inside of you. So if the dun can’t control his emotions now he’s gonna be a problem once they deposit a check into his account. Trust me on that playa. I’ve seen it time and time again.

These young cats blow my mind always talkin’ about they felt mistreated or disrespected. Do you realize that the penitentary and the grave yard is full of duns that didn’t want to be disrespected? Stop me when I start lyin’!

Check out the “Real Playa Podcast” on this foolishness too!
