Paul George not makin’ the All-NBA team almost certainly runs him out of Indy! “Location”

Boyz have been sittin’ in the cut around here waitin’ to see if Paul George would make any of the three All-NBA teams and on Thursday they got finally the word! NO!!! As a result of ole boy not makin’ them, there goes any chance of the dun stickin’ around after the 2018-19 season and beyond. Here’s the drill. If he’d made the All-NBA Team the Pacers would have been able to offer him a 5 year extension worth $210 million to stick around this piece. That would have been incentive enough for a boy to unpack his bags and stay awhile.

However, because the dun didn’t make the first, second or third teams, the Pacers can only offer him a five year deal worth $179 million. I know right?…Only. The other teams will be able to offer him a four year deal worth $133 million.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Everybody knows that the dun wants to go to LA because he’s from that area and he grew up a huge Kobe fan. It makes sense to me and I’m not mad at him if he dips. Why? Because I would too! LA!!? Sure, the Pacers can spot him $179 million over five years but four years at $133 million ain’t pocket change and he’s still young enough to pick up another monster deal after that one is complete. Bet on yourself playa. I know $40 million is $40 million but it’s all semantics. He can pick that bread up in the next deal.

Boyz around here in Indy keep hollerin’ that he’d be crazy if he leaves because this is basketball country!! It’s high school basketball country bruh!! Duns don’t even come to the games around this piece. Stop it. The Pacers are ranked 21st out of 30 teams in attendance. Stop tellin’ that lie.

LA is LA!! Would you rather be a celebrity among celebrities in Hollywood or would you rather live in Indianapolis where there’s absolutely nothin’ to do relatively speakin’! Indy’s a great place to live and raise a family bruh! I’m doin’ it! But I’m not 26 years old with a $100 million plus!

There are a ton of places I would rather live with that type of bread in my pockets and LA would be one of them.

From a hoop standpoint the Pacers aren’t goin’ to ever be a contender. Why? Because you have to have multiple superstars to even compete. Well playboy…veteran superstar free agents aren’t linin’ up to come to Indianapolis and the potential superstar that you draft isn’t goin’ to play his entire career here. The opportunity and the bread is too good for a boy to set up shop in one place unless he lands in the perfect spot for him.

Gone are the days of Reggie Miller playin’ his entire career here. That was an anomaly. That ain’t happenin’ again playa. And even with Reggie stickin’ around they still didn’t have another superstar to get them over the hump. They loss to a team that had multiple superstars. Why? Because of location, location, location.

I keep hearin’ boyz talk about the Celtics possibly tradin’ their No.1 pick for PG. Now unless that dun is willin’ to sign an extension this summer with them it makes absolutely no sense to even consider. Why? Because if the dun doesn’t sign an extension they would be givin’ up a No.1 pick for only one year of service. That’s make no sense!!

The Lakers aren’t goin’ to pursue him because they can just sit in the cut and wait for him to drop out of the sky. Either way the Pacers better get as much out of him as humanly possible this upcomin’ season because that dun is ghost this time next year. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Dip: verb – to leave

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
