Pacers wet the bed in New York as Melo explodes in the fourth! “No Urgency”

"Can you feel it bruh? Feel what? The collapse comin' on! Oh yeah, is that what that is?"

No sense of urgency! No sense of desperation! For a team fightin’ to stay in the playoff hunt the Indiana Pacers had no fight at all on Tuesday night. They showed up in Madison Square Garden, put the dull New York Knicks in a sleeper hold for three quarters, went up 13 points and let a boy off of the hook. They completely wet the bed in the fourth quarter and loss 87-81.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Everybody is comin’ down the final 50 meters of the regular season and the Pacers are playin’ like they’re the first place team in the standings like wins aren’t as important at this point. They beat a red hot Miami team on Sunday night but they still didn’t play with a sense of urgency in that game.

Then they show up in New York and let some duns that are literally a dumpster fire from the top down win a game that they could have cared less about winnin’! The Knicks have cashed all of their chips in on a 1978 Deuce and a Quarter with a rag top that won’t even start at this point.

The only reason they even tried to win the game was because they saw that the Pacers left the doors unlocked with their wallet and cell phone sittin’ on the seat. In other words, they didn’t win the game the Pacers gave it away.

Melo had 2 points in the first half bruh and then exploded for 15 in the fourth quarter to finish with 22 for the night. And they let the dun grab 13 rebounds too!!!

The Pacers need their butts whooped for that one bruh! They shot 22 percent in the second half to finish with a season low total of 81 points. The only other cat that finished with double figures was Myles Turner with 17 points and he swiped 12 rebounds too.

Everybody else from a scorin’ standpoint pulled what seemed to be a “Skittles and Lemonheads” in this one. Jeff Teague had a solid night with 9 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. The next man up was Monta Ellis comin’ out of the bushes with 9 points. Everybody else were no shows when it should have been all hands on deck.

In my Jim Mora voice, “Playoffs?! Don’t talk about playoffs! Are you kidding me? Playoffs?! I’m just hoping we can win a game, another game!”

They better win some more games if they’re goin’ to have any shot of makin’ the playoffs, I’ll tell you that. Stop me when I start lyin’!
