Well playas….Paul George’s self image told him that he was the freakin’ man in the Indiana Pacers locker room so the dun got back on the bike in Brooklyn. After havin’ a terrible 8 point and 5 turnover night in Orlando on Wednesday he quickly returned to his consistent ways. Ole boy led the blue and gold to a second consecutive road win 106-97.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Pacers can’t ever afford for PG13 to have bad nights. Fortunately, the crew stepped up in Orlando as the dun stomped his toe, wet the bed and fell of of the bike which is rare for him. However, he was back in the driver’s seat down at Mickey’s crib puttin’ in work finishin’ with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Jeff Teague shared the wheel with 24 points as well. The young boy, Myles Turner and Big Al Jefferson each dropped off 11 points apiece.
The Pacers have won five straight now and two in a row on the road. They shot better than 43 percent from the field and 40 percent from downtown. They were NUTS at movin’ the basketball with 20 assists!!! They could have definitely done better from the foul line shootin’ a dismal 77 percent but I’m quite sure Nate isn’t trippin’! A win is a win is a win, especially on the road!
I can remember when duns were hollerin’ around this town earlier in the season that the Pacers had made a mistake in hirin’ Nate. I kept tellin’ these boyz that it takes time to transition pieces bruh! He’ll be just fine. He’s winnin’ the games he’s supposed to win and he knockin’ off cats from time to time that nobody gave him a shot to beat like Houston for example.
What I like about Nate is that he’s constantly lookin’ to make the team better by makin’ changes in the line up. He’s coachin’ bruh!! Leave this cat alone and enjoy the ride. Stop me when I start lyin’!
