Pacers fall apart down the stretch and allows the dull refs to decide it! “Mattresses”

When you let a boy hang around this usually happens! Photo by Frank McGrath

On Tuesday night the Indiana Pacers wet the bed down the stretch lettin’ a boy hang around too long. And you already know what happens when a boy hangs around too long right? He carjacks you as soon as you take your eyes off of him. They blew a 9 point lead with a little more than seven minutes to play as the dull Minnesota Timberwolves got out of the joint alive with a 115-114 win.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Everybody and their baby’s momma will be complainin’ about the terrible call with 3.4 seconds left to play on Jeff Teague that sent Ricky Rubio to the free throw line where he knocked down three free throws to ice the game.

Teague never touched the freakin’ guy! Rubio ran into his own teammate, Gorgui Dieng, as ole boy was tryin’ to set a screen for him. Rubio should have won an Oscar for the actin’ job when he flopped all over the floor like a fish out of water. However, the refs fell for that foolishness and sent ole boy to the line where he was money to win it.

The Pacers had a final attempt to win the joint but Paul George got jammed up as he received the inbound. He had to dish it to Monta Ellis who got off the shot but missed. Lil’ Flip “Game Over!”

So that’s the foolishness Pacers fans and homers will give you this mornin’! All of the old timers will be sittin’ in McDonald’s woofin’ about how the refs robbed the Pacers last night. Well playas…the Pacers shot themselves in the foot by lettin’ the duns hang around.

They went on a 12-0 run durin’ the final 3:15 of the third quarter lookin’ like they were about to close the casket on these boyz but let them get out of the joint and throw up the embalming fluid. They were up 104-95 with 7:05 left to play, got diarrhea and soiled the mattress. They let dull Minnesota keep fightin’ and the Timberwolves ended the ball game on a 9-2 run.

Sure, the Rubio call was horrible but they shouldn’t have been in the ball game in the first place. Boyz have to learn how to close games out bruh!

It’s ridiculous that Indiana loses a game where all five starters finished in double figures led by PG13! George finished with 37 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Jeff Teague went to work droppin’ off a solid double-double of 20 points and 10 assists. Monta Ellis came through with 19 points. Myles Turner brought 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to the party as Thaddeus Young  pulled up with 14. There was great ball movement with 25 assists as a team. But they loss bruh!! The Pacers haven’t won back-to-back games since mid February! Wheredeydodatat?

Why did they lose this one? Because they fell apart down the stretch lookin’ in the rearview mirror!! Now they’re still wrestlin’ with boyz in a three way tie with Milwaukee and Atlanta for the No.5 spot in the Eastern Conference.  And on some real talk, that could easily turn into a 7th or 8th spot while you’re playin’ or they could literally fall out of the ride altogether. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Up next Memphis tonight on the road.
