Pacers ball out in Memphis only to barely win 116-113! “Holdin’ On”

The Indiana Pacers have struggled this season to finish ball games more often than I care to mention. They jumped all over the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night only to barely get outta the joint alive with a 116-113 win as Marc Gasol misses a three-point attempt with 3 seconds left.

The Pacers were up by as much as 17 points in the fourth quarter and let these boyz back into the game. Memories of the New York game a week or so ago where they were up 19 points and loss quickly came to mind.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! It would have been a travesty to lose such a well played game bruh. The Pacers shot 50 percent from both the field and from behind the arc. They knocked down 90 percent of their free throws and threw 29 dimes to score 116 points.

You can’t lose a game like that bruh. Darren Collison went to work on these boyz leadin’ Indiana by puttin’ up a season high 30 points on 8 of 13 shootin’ and throwin’ 8 assists.

In all, six Pacers finished in double figures for the night. That’s NUTS!!! Oladipo finished with his usual 20 points plus contribution with 21 points. Began Bogdanovic dropped off 16 as Domantas Sabonis finished with 13. Both Myles Turner and Corey Joseph ended the night with 10 apiece.

Within the first month of the season the Pacers have, in my opinion, overachieved by winnin’ 7 ball games in a season where I’d initially thought that would only win 25 games. Well playas…I was wrong. They’ve been extremely fun to watch and they’ll win far more than 25 games. Up next Detroit on Friday. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dimes:  verb – to throw assists

2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
