Earl Nightingale. the radio personality, once said, “The mind moves in the direction of our currently dominant thoughts.” Soren Kierkegaard gave it to us like this, “Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts.” Then Isaac Asimov, the author and professor of biochemistry at Boston University, broke it down so that it would forever be broken when he spit, “It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today. No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is, but the world as it will be.”
Well playas…the Oklahoma Sooners will have to move forward this season with the world as it is understandin’ that the College Football Playoff won’t include them! On Saturday they hosted the No.3 Ohio State Buckeyes and got the dog snot beat out of them from the word go bruh! J.T. Barrett and the young thunder cats got off of the bus and beat the Sooners like they broke into Big Momma’s house and tied her up 45-24.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I told you boyz in the HILARIOUS “JayGravesReport College Football Weekly Preview: Week 3” that Bob Stoops and Co. would wet the bed even at the crib!!! Why? Because they’re notorious for fallin’ apart in big ball games.
With Ohio State losin’ 16 starters from last year’s team and 5 in the first 20 picks of the NFL draft they walked into Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium like they owned the joint anyway. They kicked in the door like the feds in the ghetto at 4 o’clock in the mornin’! Before you could sit down, once over your program and eat your hot dog they were up 14-0. OU tried to look like they wanted to play when Joe Mixon returned the ensuin’ kickoff 97 yards to make it 14-7.
However, that only upset the Buckeyes even more. J.T. Barrett did whatever he wanted to do to these boyz with Noah Brown puttin’ on a freakin’ wide receiver clinic. Comin’ into this game Brown only had 5 catches and 1 touchdown in his career! He ended the night tyin’ a school record with 4 TD receptions!! Everything J.T. threw in his direction he came down with. Ole boy even caught a touchdown pass on the back of an OU defender. Why? Because the OU secondary was atrocious all night. They were in excellent position to make plays but they never played the ball. They NEVER looked up when the receiver looked up for the rock. Therefore, they got abused all night long.
Elmer Fudd must be coachin’ the defensive backs at OU bruh! They were horrible!!! And Baker Mayfield thinks that he’s Brett Favre the way he takes chances with the football. It’s time for that dun to go somewhere and sit down.
Let me put it where the goats can get it. Not only did the Buckeyes put the rest of the college football world on notice but they woke up their inner confidence to keep kickin’ in doors. To take a young team on the road into hostile territory and show out like that was huge for Urban Meyer!! I wouldn’t want to run into them in anybody’s ghetto. I’m just sayin’. It’s amazin’ what Urban continues to do. He’s a winner no matter how you slice it and they’ll be waitin’ on the other three teams in the College Football Playoff if they continue to play like that. Stop me when I start lyin’!
1) Spit: verb – to say
2) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.
3) Put it where the goats can get it: verb phrase – to make it as elementary as possible. To put it at ground level so everyone can understand it.
