Why LeBron is the ONLY reason all these cats are gettin’ STUPID bread! “EVERYBODY’S EATIN'”

Durin’ the NBA playoffs, FS1’s Rob Parker was a guest on The Herd with Colin Cowherd talkin’ like a mad man butt naked foamin’ at the mouth. This dun had the nerve to say that LeBron has ruined the league and when he leaves the game it will be in worse condition than it was when he came into it. Well playboy…that couldn’t be further from the truth.

As a matter of fact, LeBron has become the most important thing that has hit the NBA since Magic and Bird! Why? Because as a result of his “Decision” to go to Miami EVERY player in the league is eatin’ at a much higher level. You can hate on him all you want but go ask duns like Steph Curry, who just signed a supermax deal of 5 years worth $210 million if LeBron has ruined the league? Go ask Andre’ Iguodola if he ruined the league after he just signed a 3 year deal worth $48 million to come off of the bench!! OFF OF THE BENCH BRUH!!!!

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I told you duns in the Hot Joint entitled “Ratings” after LeBron lost to the Dallas Mavericks in 2011 that he was the most powerful man in the NBA. Why? Because everybody and their baby’s momma is tunin’ in to see him play!!!

According to NBA.com first-round games in 2011 on ABC, ESPN and TNT were watched by an average of 4.15 million people, up from fewer than 3.2 million the year before. In 2007, the first round averaged fewer than 2.7 million viewers. To that point of the playoffs, TNT drew the highest average ratin’ ever for games on cable. The network’s 23 games that year averaged a 2.7 rating – representin’ the percentage of American homes with televisions tuned in – easily eclipsin’ the previous high of 2.3 in 2009. Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals in 2012 was the most watched NBA game in cable television history up to that point!!

The numbers have grow exponentially since!!! Bruh…the first two games of this 2017 Finals averaged 19.6 million viewers! Game 3 shot up to 20.1 million viewers.

I pulled up the top 10 NBA Finals games accordin’ to TV ratings and 8 of those 10 LeBron has played in! So last year when the new TV revenue deals came through every free agent on the market got ridiculously paid!! EVERYBODY is eatin’ bruh!!! Not just LeBron!!! EVERYBODY is gettin’ money as a result of boyz hatin’ on him. That’s good for the league and it’s darn sure good for the players.

Duns like Mike Conley got $153 million last year! John Wall just got $170 million bruh! The  supermax deals are worth $210 million now. Are you kiddin’ me? KYLE LOWRY JUST SIGNED A THREE YEAR DEAL WORTH $100 MILLION!!!! You can thanks LeBron James for this foolishness!!!

In 1979 the the Finals were still bein’ played on tape delay and the NBA finally figured out that it made since to market the rivalry of Magic and Bird instead of tryin’ to market the game. Those two saved the league bruh! When they retired Jordan took the torch and the NBA grew to another level globally as a result of his brand but the only cat eatin’ was him!! Off of the brand!!!

LeBron’s “Decision” blew the doors off of the joint and casual fans became hooked on the game because they were either down with the King or they hated him. Either way, the TV revenues went through the roof and that bread is now bein’ sprinkled down to the players. When a dun comin’ off of the bench can get $18 million off of the strength of the best player that’s what you call real power and influence playa.

If Rob Parker thinks that LeBron is ruinin’ the league there’s not a player bouncin’ a basketball ANYWHERE that would agree with him. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
