Well playas…the Los Angeles Lakers finally got hit with a half million dollar fine on Thursday for tamperin’ with Paul George while the dun was still under contract with the Pacers. Indiana filed tamperin’ charges with the NBA after boyz from LA started gettin’ a little bit too comfortable hollerin’ at PG after he expressed interest in goin’ back to the crib to play after the 2018 season.

The NBA had already warned the Lakers to chill out once Magic got on national TV makin’ comments about ole boy back in April. Then Rob Pelinka straight disregarded those warnings altogether and hollered at Paul’s agent anyway.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I’m surprised that they didn’t get hit with a fine much larger than $500K! Now I realize that the Pacers sat on PG13 longer than they should have. However, they still had him under contract so the Lakers had no legal right to holler at him even if he was tryin’ to holla at them.

According to the NBA, the anti-tamperin’ rule prohibits a boy from hollerin’ at another boy’z contractual relationships with players, including by tellin’ them that they want a dun who is currently under contract with another dun, or by simply informin’ that particular player’s agent that they’re interested in figurin’ something out.

All of my hood dwellers or former hood dwellers followed that like a G and all of my suburban or rural cats had to read it two or three times to understand it. Don’t worry about it playa, in a nut shell, you can’t holler at another team’s players or express interest in them as along as they are under contract. Simple as that! And the Lakers violated that code so they got tapped up for not stayin’ in their lane. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) Tapped up: verb phrase – to be punished

3) Figurin’ somethin’ out: verb phrase – Hood for workin’ out a deal that we both can live with

3) Hood Dwellers: noun – duns that live in the ghetto

4) Former Hood Dwellers: noun – duns that grew up in the ghetto and have since graduated from the hood but still have hood instincts.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
