Josh Rosen tried to dry hate Alabama like real cats wouldn’t pick up on it! “Real G’s”

Bleacher Report was hollerin’ at UCLA stud quarterback Josh Rosen and asked the dun about the academic challenges of bein’ a college football player and ole boy gave them a hand full. He must have been readin’ TheJayGravesReport because he kept it real or all the way 100, whichever came 1st! Rosen broke ‘um down like a ’64 Impala in South Central LA hittin’ switches.

He said, “Look, football and school don’t go together. They just don’t. Trying to do both is like trying to do two full-time jobs. There are guys who have no business being in school, but they’re here because this is the path to the NFL. There’s no other way.”

I rocked with him when he said that then the dun put on his hater’s hat and went at Alabama like Bama wasn’t standin’ in the room eatin’ frosted penny cookies and a bag of Funions. Ole boy said, “Then there’s the other side that says raise the SAT eligibility requirements. OK, raise the SAT requirement at Alabama and see what kind of team they have. You lose athletes and then the product on the field suffers.”

Since he beat me to the punch let me say my favorite line up in this piece. Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Don’t get it twisted playboy, I was in the ride with Rosen with the music blastin’ until he hated on Bama. And I’m not a Bama fan bruh! I’m just a realist.

Bruh, if you raised the SAT requirement at any school the product would suffer not just in Tuscaloosa. So to say that was a straight hater move. Anybody with half of a brain that knows anything about college football realizes that cats playin’ ball at Division 1 or FBS schools, as they now call them, it’s football first and academics second. It’s a full time job.

Now I know that the duns at the university will lie to big momma in a heart beat to get her baby on campus but once he’s there it’s football first and academics second. I’ve known plenty of coaches that will say academics first and football second while holdin’ up 2 fingers when sayin’ academics and one finger when sayin’ football. Why? Because that dun gets paid for winnin’ football games, not for his graduation rate.

If you think I’m lyin’ go holler at Ty Willingham. His teams had the highest GPA of any of the school’s football teams in decades while at Notre Dame and they fired him because he didn’t win enough games.

So you can look at Josh Rosen with the stink eye all you want but he’s tellin’ you the truth. However, he doesn’t get a pass from all of the real G’s for dry hatin’ on Bama. If they raised the SAT, Bama would still beat the brakes off of UCLA or anybody else for that matter because the scale would just be lowered across the board. Why? Because Bama would still have better players and Nick Saban runnin’ the show.  Stop me when I start lyin’!

Playas Thesaurus:

1) Dun: noun – the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It’s whoever I’m talkin’ about and its non-gender specific.

2) To rock with: verb phrase – to be in agreement with

3) Dry Hate: verb – to try to hate on a boy on the sly.

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
