It’s utterly dismissive and disrespectful to tell players how they should feel about bein’ insulted!

"Why can't we call an insult an insult bruh?

Everybody and their baby’s momma’s momma, Ms. Jackson, is up in arms about the Houston Texans’ owner, Bob McNair, sayin’ at the NFL owners meetin’, in reference to the players ongoin’ national anthem protests, “We can’t have the inmates running the prison.” And guess what playboy, they should be.

More than 10 Texans players includin’ Pro Bowl wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins, left the facility on Friday because of this foolishness. First Jerry Jones tellin’ a boy that you’re goin’ to stand for the anthem or be benched and now this dun jumps out of the birthday cake butt naked foamin’ at the mouth. The sad part about it is that folks that aren’t affected by any of this foolishness always want to look at the victims of this nonsense like they’re crazy.

I happened to turn on Fox Sports Radio on Friday afternoon and ole dull Doug Gottlieb was on talkin’ reckless and crazy. Sayin’ ignorance stuff like DeAndre Hopkins isn’t smart enough to understand that what Bob McNair was sayin’ wasn’t offensive at all. It was just an old colloqualism that McNair didn’t phrase properly. He was tryin’ to say, “You can’t let the inmates run the insane asylum.”

Like that would have sounded better bruh!! Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Black folks are sick and tired of white folks tellin’ them how they should feel when they’ve been insulted. It’s not up you to determine what’s insultin’ to other folks when the insult doesn’t remotely pass through your front door.

We’re livin’ in a very hostile environment racially right now because for some reason the “powers that be” find it necessary to play on the racial divide in this country. When Colin Kaepernick decided to sit and then take a knee durin’ the anthem it was to protest against police brutality, racial and social injustice. However, folks with the most power and influence in this country decided that it made more sense to tell the masses that they were disrespectin’ the flag and the military and because duns can’t and won’t think for themselves they were successful in changin’ the narrative.

Now instead of black folks peaceably protestin’ for basic American freedoms as given to them in the First Amendment. They’ve become hostile ungrateful rich inmates and for some dun to get on the radio and try to question DeAndre’s intelligence is beyond insultin’.

Why can’t a man be upset for bein’ mistreated, discounted and second guessed? Where does Doug Gottlieb and anybody that thinks like him get the audacity to tell folks how they are supposed to react to an open handed slap in the face.

Let me put it where the goats can get it playboy. We’re livin’ in a country right now where it’s become socially acceptable again to be racist. Why? Because people have become as open as they’ve ever been since the 1960’s in lettin’ black folks and other minorities know how they really feel about them and it’s a darn shame. They’ve become more open and honest because there has been no consequences for their actions.

Police are shootin’ and killin’ unarmed black folks and not even bein’ suspended from their jobs, let alone bein’ arrested, charged, indicted or convicted of a crime. Folks can take over the city of Charlottesville, terrorize and beat the brakes off of people in the name of white supremacy and even kill folks and get away with it.

Sure, I realize that the dun that drove the car into the crowd is in jail and even a hand full of clowns that nearly beat a man to death were arrested. However, the dun that was beaten senseless was charged with a felony for tryin’ to defend himself!! Wheredeydodatat? In a place that says it’s acceptable to hate folks for tryin’ to stand up for what’s right and fair for ALL people.

Sometimes I’ve got to ask myself if we’ve gotten into a time machine and gone back to the 1950’s and ’60’s or to an even earlier time period in this country? Because it sure feels like it. How can we go from the progress of electin’ the first black president of these United States to bein’ terrorized by the ignorance of not just systemic racism, which has always existed, but the outward, open and aggressive racism that we’re seein’ today?

It’s because the underbelly of racists that have always existed have now found their voice again and would like for all of us to hear them loudly and clearly.

Bob McNair doesn’t get a pass because he’s smart enough to know better than to use an old colloquialism that refers to inmates and prisons when talkin’ about players that are black. Not with the racial injustice that exists within our criminal justice system in America. Not when accordin’ to the Bureau of Justice Statistics that black folks in state prisons are incarcerated at 5.1 times the rate of whites and in some states it’s as high as 10 times the rate. Not when there has been a mass incarceration of black folks for years in this country that still exists.

For decades they’ve been lockin’ up African-Americans for simply bein’ drug addicts. I know cats that have been sentenced to decades in prison for bein’ heroin, opioid and crack addicts. Now that all of a sudden those same drugs are makin’ it to the suburbs and rural America we’ve got an epidemic on our hands. Now we need to find drug treatment for people because sendin’ them to jail isn’t the answer. Now it’s a problem bruh.

Well how bout we let all of those folks that were locked up, before you had a change of heart, out and we start over? How bout that? How bout we start treatin’ folks fairly in this country and start livin’ up to the true meanin’ of our Nation’s creed. And how bout we think before we speak “Mr. NFL Team Owner” that employs a labor force that’s 70 percent black.  And how bout we take clowns like Doug Gottlieb off of the radio for pourin’ even more salt into the wounds of racism. Stop me when I start lyin’!
