How Steph Curry’s arrogance flew under the radar this summer! “C’mon bruh!”

Steph Curry

“How arrogant is this bruh?”

Friedrich Nietzsche, the German philosopher, once said, “The demand to be loved is the greatest of all arrogant presumptions.” Taleb Kweli, the rapper, gave it to us like this, “You have to know when to be arrogant. You have to when to be humble. You have to know when to be hard and you have to know when to be soft.” Then John Ensign, the former Nevada Congressman, put it where the goats could get it when he spit, “Often times, the more power and prestige a person achieves, the more arrogant a person can become.”

Well playas…with all of the foolishness goin’ on this summer with the police shootings, shootings of police,  protests of and for the #BlackLivesMatter Movement, ISIS terror attacks and the ignorance that is the president campaigns. The arrogance of Steph Curry flew right under the radar on a boy. The more power and prestige this dun has gotten the more arrogant he’s become and NOBODY’S said a mumblin’ word about it!!!! This cat held a basketball camp in Hawaii at the BYU campus for 4 days and 3 nights! Havin’ a basketball camp wasn’t the issue of arrogance playboy. It was havin’ the joint in Hawaii of all places and then chargin’ boyz $2,250 to attend! And get this, there was no discount for siblings. So if you had two kids that wanted to go you better pony up $4,500. Wheredeydodatat?

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Off the rip bruh, who can afford to go to Hawaii? Then once a boy gets to Hawaii who’s got another 2 stacks for basketball camp? Only the rich kids! Do you know how much it costs to go to HAWAII? I’m a grown man with a very good job and I’ve yet to plant my feet in Hawaii. I wish my kid would roll up on me and ask me to go to basketball camp in Hawaii even if it was free once he got there.

Now unlike Steph, everybody’s daddy didn’t play in the NBA. So he’s out of touch right off of the top and the duns around him are too. The kids that really want to see and learn from him can’t afford to go on vacation let alone go to freakin’ Hawaii.

When you grow up in the hood goin’ on vacation is goin’ to Big Momma’s house down south. You stayed all summer and then came back when school was about to start. That was vacation playboy. Hawaii???!!!

Don’t pull a Michael Jordan on us already bruh! Don’t be that dude. Mike is always chargin’ boyz an arm and a leg for camps too but he’s freakin’ JORDAN. Hangin’ out with him is like a young singer goin’ to the studio with Michael Jordan or Prince.

Yeah, you’re the man and you’ve won two straight MVP’s but don’t think you’re gonna keep gettin’ love from the G’s in the barber shop and the single momma’s in the hood pullin’ stunts like havin’ basketball camps in Hawaii.

C’mon bruh! The rich kid in the suburb who’s parents can afford to take them to Hawaii aren’t typically the duns trippin’ about playin’ ball from a survival stand point. They’re playin’ for the sake of playin’.

You’ve gotta understand this. MOST kids growin’ up in the suburbs aren’t as hungry as those growin’ up in the ghetto. Playin’ ball is the kid in the hood’s way out. So it’s a lot more important to him or her than the rich kid. The cat in the suburbs with the flat screen on the wall sleepin’ in a full or queen size bed is playin’ for the sake of playin’. I’m not tellin’ you what I heard playboy I’m tellin’ you what I know. My kids aren’t as hungry as the kids I grew up with. So the duns at hoop camp in Hawaii aren’t trippin’ on the game of basketball because they’re ALREADY comfortable.

Now I get that Steph wants to get his bread but didn’t Under Amour just unload the freakin’ truck on him? Isn’t he about to get stupid bread from Golden State next summer? How much bread does a boy need playa?

But Steph, if you just have to have a freakin’ camp in Hawaii make sure that you’re havin’ one in the ghetto too. Don’t get so big that you skip over the duns that look like you. Most kids that look like you won’t ever get to Hawaii and they sure as heck won’t have an additional $2,250 hangin’ out of their pockets for a stupid camp.

Believe me bruh, once a boy can get to Hawaii on his own he doesn’t need to learn anything from you because his daddy’s got the skills to take care of him and point him in the right direction. So hoopin’ really isn’t that important. Trust me! At this point it’s just something to do.

Do what you gotta do bruh! Just don’t forget about the little homies that look like you. Stop me when I start lyin’!
