Bruh…on Wednesday night the Bulls came up short again takin’ an “L” to Atlanta 119-114 after leadin’ by as much as 10 with 3 minutes left. So after the game while talkin’ with the press D. Wade and Jimmy Butler snapped about their dull teammates not givin’ a rip about winnin’ or losin’.
D. Wade sounded off with this, “I don’t know how you fix it. It just doesn’t mean enough to guys around here to want to win ballgames. It pisses me off, but I can’t be frustrated, and I can’t care too much for these guys. They have to care for themselves. You got to do better. You got to do better with knowing where your shot’s coming and knock them down. You got to do better with knowing film, knowing personnel. Just as a team, just got to do better, man.”
Then his butt really started itchin’ when he said, “I’m 35 years old, man. I’ve got three championships. It shouldn’t hurt me more than it hurts these young guys. They have to want it. If they don’t want it, then we’ll show up and play Friday. Hopefully we win; if we don’t, we [do it] again. Keep it going until the season’s over. It has to change. It has to hurt inside to lose games like this. This s— should f—ing hurt.”
Jimmy Butler jumped straight out of the birthday cake butt naked foamin’ at the mouth as he spit, “M—–f—–s just got to care if we win or lose. At the end of the day, do whatever it takes to help the team win. You play your role to the tee. Be a star in your role, man. That’s how you win in this league, man. You have to embrace what this team, what this organization needs for you to do on either end of the floor. On top of everything else, just play every possession like it’s your last. We don’t play hard all the time. It’s very disappointing whenever we don’t play hard.”
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I had absolutely no problem with what they said because between the two of them they put up 73 points in that loss bruh. So they were drivin’ the freakin’ car all night. They’re the leaders of the team so they should be fired up and callin’ boyz out for not playin’ with any passion or heart.
But what blew my mind is the fake media-types on Thursday that tried to blast both Wade and Butler for bein’ some real G’s and actually sayin’ something about duns not carin’.
Ima call this dun by name! Stugotz from the Dan LeBatard Show on ESPN Radio had the nerve to say that D. Wade was a whiner and Jimmy Butler (JB) had no right to go off because he hasn’t won a title yet! WHAT!!!? This is the foolishness that I’m talkin’ about bruh! Boyz always ask me what do I mean when I say fake media-types? Well…this is a prime example of what a fake media-type is. When a cat that’s on a national radio show proves to America that he knows nothin’ about sports and nobody even blinks.
Both D. Wade and JB had every right to go NUTS on boyz for not carin’ about whether they win or lose! It’s called competition bruh!! It’s the very foundation of what sports is. If two cats combine for 73 points and the rest of the roster is simply goin’ through the motions it SHOULD be a problem and furniture needed to be moved.
And for a dun to say that Jimmy Butler hasn’t won a championship yet so he needs to be quiet is beyond ignorant. The only way the dun is goin’ to win a championship is by winnin’ games! In order to win games he’s got to care about winnin’ games. Some of these cats blow my mind always hollerin’ that a boy can’t say anything because he hasn’t won a title. A championship is a TEAM award bruh! Not an individual player’s award. He sounds like a complete idiot makin’ that statement.
The only way Jimmy Butler is goin’ to get close to winnin’ a championship is by winnin’ games!!!!! He can’t do that if he’s playin’ with cats that don’t care. Now I will say that he and D. Wade could have handled it differently. Go off on duns in the locker room without the media. If it’s family then treated as such. What happens at the crib stays at the crib. But for some fake media-type to say they’re whinin’ and because a boy doesn’t have a ring disqualifies him from goin’ off his ignorant. Stop me when I start lyin’!
