Colts wreck shop down in Houston to end the Texans’ 9 game winning streak! “Clownin'”

HOUSTON — The Indianapolis Colts started the season looking like the Bad News Bears getting out of the gate 1-5. They’ve gone 6-1 since. On Sunday they ran down to Houston and knocked off the Texans who were riding a 9 game winning streak 24-21.

Andrew Luck continues to put boyz on notice as he put up 399 yards and 2 touchdowns. Okay…he threw one dull pick but who’s counting? With the win they are just two games behind the Texans in the AFC South race with three games left.

Folks around the Indianapolis area are just happy they’ve got a team to watch this year. After the 1-5 start boyz were running around like Chicken Little hollering “the sky is falling”…again. Now it’s a completely different team with an actual defense that travels with them too.

They gave DeShawn Watson the blues all day sacking him five times for a loss of 41 yards and they held Houston to just 89 rushing yards on 25 carries. That’s a far cry from the defense that lined up as the season started.

TY Hilton, like my momma used to say, “Showed his bare bottom” on Sunday finishing with 199 yards receiving on 9 catches with just 12 targets. He entered the game as the all-time leading receiver at Houston’s NRG Stadium averaging 122.3 yards per game. He blew that out of the water again on Sunday.

The Colts should start playing all of their games in Houston if TY is going to clown like that.

Andrew Luck was sacked twice after only giving up 14 all season which is second only to New Orleans. They’ve done a great job of keeping the $140 million quarterback upright this season.

The Colts have two straight home games coming up as they host the Cowboys next week and the Giants the following week before having to go on the road to Tennessee to close out the 2018 campaign. It should be fun to see how it all turns out down the stretch. Stop me when I start lyin’!
