Class A Tindley puts that thang on Class 4A Lawrence North in their own buildin’! “Buckets and Shooters”

From 1911 to 1997 the state of Indiana had the most excitin’ high school basketball tournament in the country because it crowned only one champion. They called it Hoosier Hysteria!! Then all of a sudden boyz got in their feelings and it went to Class basketball. So now they crown four every year.

Well playas…the defendin’ Class A state champions, Tindley Tigers, ran over to Class 4A Lawrence North on Friday night and took a boy’z sneakers and jewelry off of him beatin’ them 69-60. I know that cats were into their feelings back in ’97 wantin’ the little guy to have a chance at winnin’ a state title but this little guy isn’t your normal little guy bruh.

Tindley can bang with any and everybody anywhere. On some real talk, the score wasn’t indicative of the control that the Tigers, led by the lil’/big homie Eric Hunter, Jr. better known in these courts as E-Buckets, had on Lawrence North. Hunter just recently signed with Purdue and looked like it every rip down the floor. Ole boy is as smooth as silk finishin’ with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. I’m not sure if Purdue understands the depth of the player they just signed.

Eric Hunter Jr. goes at it with Kevin Easley!

Don’t think for one minute that Tindley is ONLY E-Buckets. He gets out of the ride with a team full of shooters. KJ Coleman came out of the passenger seat with 22 points as Sincere McMahom comes out of the rear with 12. Class A hoopers? Naw playboy! They call them just straight up hoopers where I’m from.

Yeah, Lawrence North got out of there with just a 9 point loss on paper but it was far worse than that bruh.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! It was a double digit ball game from mid-way through the second quarter on. So you can kill that Class A schools not bein’ able to hoop with the big boyz because Tindley is one of the big boyz on the court. They’ve just got a small school.

Head coach Kevin Butler’s done a helluva job with this team. They move the ball well and are very disciplined. The ball never stops and boyz aren’t forcin’ shots either. You would think that a dun with a nickname like E-buckets would be out there gunnin’ and takin’ shots every time he touches the rock.

However, that’s not the case. Ole boy allows the game to come to him and he involves the shooters that jumped out of the whip with him every rip down the floor. If he’s got an open shot he takes it. If he doesn’t, it moves around. Hunter had 17 points at the half but only scored 2 additional points in the second half. Why? Because he had other shooters on the floor. That’s a great teammate right there. He’s never forcin’ shots.

He saw that the homies KJ and Sincere had it goin’ so he gave up the rock because all of the attention was comin’ his way. Great team basketball and they’re about to be a problem for everybody on their schedule. Let’s not even talk about the Class A tournament that they’re about to completely sprint though come late February and early March. It’s not fair what they’re about to do to boyz.

On the other side of the court the homie Kevin Easley led all scorers with 23 points and 16 rebounds!!! Ole boy had Lawrence North on his back all night. Great competitor and his jumper’s wet. Tony Perkins was fire hot too shootin’ 7 of 10 from the floor to finish with 15 points but it wasn’t enough to slow E-Buckets and Co. down. Stop me when I start lyin’!

The G is excluded from the endings of all words because the G is near and dear to my heart because I’m from “The G” which is Gary, Indiana. So I only use the G when I’m talkin’ about “The G!”
