Butler is becomin’ a problem for boyz in the Big East! “Grit”

"You already know playa!"

On Saturday night the Butler Bulldogs showed up in D.C. with their confidence on their shoulders. As a matter of fact, it walked into the buildin’ before they even got on the bus to head over to the arena. The No.18 Bulldogs were in town to play the Georgetown Hoyas after knockin’ off the No.1 Villanova Wildcats at the crib earlier in the week.

Led by the freshman, Kamar Baldwin, with a career high of 16 points they got out of the joint with an 85-76 win over the dull Hoyas. Georgetown has lost their first four conference games for the first time since the 1998-99 season. DULL!! What’s Lil’ John Thompson doin’ out there bruh? He sure isn’t his daddy! I’ll tell you that.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Bulldogs played the same aggressive style defense that helped them knock off Nova a few days ago. Baldwin helped to keep the Big East scorin’ co-leader, Rodney Pryor, scoreless for the night! Zero points bruh!! Wheredeydodatat? Butler playboy!!

Five Bulldogs scored in double figures to improve to 14-2 (3-1 Big East). Kelan Marin put up 13 points and grabbed 10 boards. Andrew Chrabascz, Nate Fowler and Kethan Savage all must have been in Big Momma’s ole school Sedan de Ville in the drive through because they all dropped off 11 points apiece.

As long as this team keeps playin’ with the passion and grit they’ve shown this week they’ll be a problem for boyz in the Big East. Stop me when I start lyin’!
