Plato once said, “Opinion is the medium between knowledge and ignorance.” Confucius broke it down like a playa at a pimpin’ convention when he shouted, “Real knowledge is to know the extent of one’s ignorance.” Then Martin Luther King Jr. put it where the goats could get it when he spit, “Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.”
Well playas…it continues to blow my mind as to how sincerely ignorant and conscienciously stupid people in this country can actually be. Seattle Seahawks wide receiver, Doug Baldwin, told boyz durin’ an interview with 60 Minutes Sports that he’s received death threats since demandin’ that attorney generals in ALL 50 states review their trainin’ tactics for police officers. Sounds like a reasonable request in light of the foolishness takin’ place in America with so many unarmed black men bein’ killed by police right?
Just so we don’t get it twisted and think that he said anything out of pocket. Here’s exactly what ole boy said. He called for a change in law enforcement “to eliminate militaristic cultures while putting a higher emphasis on de-escalation tactics and crisis management measures. Now this is not an indictment of our law enforcement agencies.” He went on to say, “I just want that to be clear. We know that there’s a select few — a very minute few — of law enforcement who are not abiding by those laws and policies. However, we also know that there are laws and policies that are in place that are not correcting the issue that we have in our society right now.”
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! This dun was specific in what he said about police officers, did not paint with a broad brush and he still has boyz threatenin’ his life. That is what’s called pure ignorance and bigotry bruh! How do you have so much hate in your heart where you can see that things are out of balance and you simply don’t care. I completey understand that these cats are on the good end of the stick but what’s your problem with people bein’ treated fairly?
It’s as ignorant as people screamin’ about Obamacare that already have full benefits on their jobs! What problem do you have with people with preexisting conditions or people that wouldn’t otherwise be insured gettin’ health insurance? Equal rights is all for the good of everybody bruh!
It’s amazing to me that people are so filled with hate that they will threaten a man’s life because he wants people to be treated fairly. The crazy thing about it is that those same vile people will have to sit before the good Lord one day and answer for all of that hate. That’s what’s crazy! You don’t get a pass because you get old or because you happened to be raised by ignorant and bigoted parents.
Naw playa, at some point you’re held accountable for the hate that you produce! So don’t think that you’re gonna just ride on out into the sunset without havin’ to hollla at a boy about it.
